After being honorably discharged from the Marine Corp, Arthur went to Bryant College where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Arthur was a dedicated accountant for more than 40 years. In retirement, Arthur took up real estate for a few years and had a lot of enjoyment schmoozing with potential buyers and sellers. Arthur met his beloved wife Elaine at Grossinger’s Resort where they both worked. They were married at Grossinger’s and settled down in Sayreville, New Jersey to start a family. Arthur is predeceased in death by his parents, Harry and Blanche Bialow and his sister, Phyllis Levitt. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Elaine Bialow and two daughters; Heather Bialow (PJ) Keating of Baltimore, Maryland, grandchildren Sydney and Morgan Keating, and a daughter and three grandchildren in Florida. Extended family include brother-in-law Irving Levitt, of Dover, Delaware, niece Laura Levitt and nephew David Levitt. Arthur had many fond memories of ping pong and fishing with David. Teaching card games (One-Card Schmuck, Gin Rummy, and War were the specialty) was a highlight for all who remember him. Sister-in-law Sheila Bercy of New York with whom he enjoyed talking finance and stocks. Arthur also enjoyed many years of Friday night dinners of Chinese and pizza and brunch at the diner with in-laws Joel and Caren Bercy, nephew Jason (Melinda) Bercy, and their children Brielle & Hayden.
